Terms and Conditions
1. In case of traffic or parking issue Lonavala Lake sight may get cancelled.
2. Above charges may get changed according to weather conditions/availability of vehicles/week ends.
3. In case of Monkey Point, Sunset point, Kunegaon Waterfall and Waghjai Mata temple car will be staying at Waghjai Mata Temple.
4. The vehicle will not go to the places in restricted or prohibited areas.
5. Pickup and drop is available free within only 3 Km radius of 'Lonavala Railway Station', additional charges will get applied if pickup and drop is above 3 Km.
6. Kunegaon Waterfall can be seen from Rajmachi Garden only.
7. Pick up location will be at the Railway Station.
8. Packages are for Non AC. 200/- will be added in case of AC.
9. 7 Seater cab will have driver+6 seats as well as 4 seater cab will have driver+4 seats.
10. Per hour extra charges will be 200Rs for 4 seater and 300Rs for 7 seater, it will be calculated from pickup time.
11. If the consumer will keep the cab on hold before pickup, then duration will start from the pickup time provided while booking.
Payment terms & Conditons
1. The vehicle will only get booked after payment of booking amount.
2. 30% will be charged for the cancellation before 3 days.
3. 40% will be charged for the cancellation before 2 days.
4. 50% will be charged for the cancellation before 1 days.
5. No Refund for the same day cancellation, during ride or after driver or cab assignment.
6. Convenience fees is completely non refundable.
7. No refund in case of cancellation due to excess pickup location distance (beyond 3 Km distance from Lonavala railway station).
